Mine are all easy this week...

Get my liquids and protein in. Celebrate being one week post op tomorrow. Walk more. Get the all clear from the doc on Wednesday so that I can fly home Thursday.

Ok, my focus this week has nothing to do with weightloss, I came home from Atlanta to a disaster. I don't know how they manage it, but in the short time I was gone my family turned my organized, clean house upside down and I have been struggling to get it all back the way it should be b/c I have felt so freaking lazy this week.

So, one room at a time I am going to get things back the way they belong and back on schedual as far as my weekly routine goes.

hahah out of all fairness, our hotel room was a total disaster :)  The magic is called a maid to come clean it every day.

Ive had the damn lazy bug since I got back...havent run once :((

HA HA, see I am freak and the one time we DID have a cleaning service coming in, I would clean before they came LOL

I ran, once, and I was going so slow I was practicially walking LOL
