Weekly Challenge - what's your goal?
OK, I'm coming clean today & this week to say I let the carb monster out for the past 5 days.
So.. for this week I need & want to detox & shove Mr. Carb back in the closet; lock the door & throw out the key...
I am going to track my food on MFP since I have been M.I.A. on there lately. This is my friggin fault for losing my logging streak. Personal issues have gotten in the way but I need to see if I can get myself back in control this week.
I swear, this is a lifelong committment to keeping weight off, right? No freaking lie...
So I need to get myself together & be happy.

11/16/12 - Got my Body by Sauceda - arms, Bl/BA, LBL, thigh lift.
HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 200 85 lbs lost pre-op / 135 post op

I want to throw my scale out the freaking ass window - so I am making my goal to stay off of the thing until Friday. I am addicted to the scale, but I think I can do it. I hope. Maybe.
I have been wayyyyyyyyyy over my carbs since going to Vegas. Today is also the day I follow Jenn's example and lock that monster up in the closet. I know this has to have contributed to the stall and fluctuation I am going through - so I am stopping it today before someone gets hurt.
Water - I am going to get my 100oz of water in today. I don't care who I have to beat up at the water cooler to do it. I'll lay on the floor and guzzle from the spout of that thing if I have to. Everyday - all day. I am sure I have been bouncing back and forth from dehydration since Vegas also. Given how my lips are the first to be dry and I am going through tubes of lip balm - I am sure I am not getting enough.
My non weight related goal is to buckle down, get organized and finish all my projects for this week. No more lazy procrastinating. I am getting this crap done.

Ive decided to ask Dr. S to cut my carb monster out during surgery :)
Until then, I'll just be on a free-for-all carb binge - !! Or not ;(( I'll save all my carbs for 11/3 and then go crazy !

I agree, the weekend flew by...not ready for Monday to be here already!!
My goals for this week:
1. Exercise at least 3 times...hopefully 5. I need to get back into a routine.
2. Get my house and office cleaned up and get organized!!
3. Make quality time for my husband...I feel like since surgery, I've been a little self centered...some of that probably to be expected, but some because it is just easier, lol! :)
