Pray for me this weekend. I have a viewing tonight and a funeral tomorrow. It's a DEAR friends dad and well since my mom's funeral 6 years ago I have one been to one and it wasn't someone close to me. Trying to just focus and pray.

L: 4oz Buffalo Chicken; 4oz Cabbage Salad
S: 2oz Buddig Turkey

Exercise: Thinking of going after the viewing we'll see

L: 2oz of leftover pot roast and 3 baby carrots and 5 slices of cucumber
S: probably a cheese stick
D: going on a road trip to MD when the kids get home so I have no idea what I'll find at the rest stop. Hoping there will be a Wendy's and I'll have 1/2 of a chili.
S: I packed stuff that's on plan like almonds, quest bar or more cheese so whichever I'm in the mood for.
vits: all but calcium
exercise: day off
water: only 1/2 way there because of the long car ride coming up. The kids get annoyed at me for having to stop again and again! I'll finish before the day is done though!

L: 3.6 oz. grilled chicken breast w/ 1/4 cup each mozzarella cheese shreds and home made
marinara saue
D: Probably cottage cheese w/ mustard and ketchup and a low fat cheese stick
Fluids: 5 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise -- steam cleaning wall-to-wall carpets in downstairs of house and other general
cleaning like mopping floors, vacuuming and dusting.....3 hours so far.........

Hi guys, newbie here..sorry for your loss Ms Shell, sounds like you're planning ahead, which is always a good thing.
OT is there a recipe for green chicken soup? I've seen this mentioned now a few times and it sounds yummy.
