It's our last night in Les Eyzies-de-Tayac.  Tomorrow we move to Carcassone, with a stop in Albi to visit the Tolouse-Lautrec museum.

B: Greek Yogurt and a bit of granola

L: Beef Rumpsteak

D: Salami & Cheese - 1 oz of baguette

Water: Good today - 64oz. Much better than most of this week

Ex: Lots of walking up steep hills :)

Vits: No problems there

B: steamed chicken breast with steamed broccoli and .5T garlic soy vay
L: homemade taco salad (ran out of lettuce so I used collard greens we had from our farm share)
D: grilled filet mignon and Brussels sprouts again nom nom

water: 12 cups so far
vitamins: on track
exercise: still none

Update: soo, platelets having dropped again doc thinks steroids aren't working as they should. That means I can start slowly tapering off the steroids, and I'll be starting something called Rituximab by IV. I'm hopeful :)

L:  Skewered panko shrimp with mango/corn salsa on a bed of grilled broccoli and squash with creamy aoili sauce on the side (restaurant-made, not me-made!)
S:  latte

exercise - night off.  Gonna try to get some shopping done before I go home.

D: Dinner out with the family... Buffalo Grilled Chick on Salad

Water: Goal 10... half way there
Vitamins: Done
Exercise: Gonna try after dinner after Hubby & Kiddos go to bed... can turn up my music and kill it with no interuptions!!!

I'm in Seattle for the weekend for my sister's bridal shower and bachelorette party...should be fun!
