Pure Protein shakes are a lot easier to get down than most. Quite honestly you'd have to pay me an awful lot to get me to drink a Premiere shake.
Unflavoured whey mixed into sf Hawaiian Punch is my current favourite. It mixes into any sf drink, but I still find Crystal Light too chemically tasting.
You can also mix unflavoured or vanilla whey into some milk, then pour in a cup of coffee or strong tea (Earl Grey or chai are especially good) while stirring.

I found the premier protein vanilla to be too sweet and I hated it on its own too. What I did recently was find The World According to Eggface's blog and looked up her protein smoothie concoctions. She has one that is like a PB&J. Instead of the milk and vanilla powder I use one of the premier shakes. I add 1 T PB2, 1 T of strawberry jam, 4 ice cubes and mix. Makes the shake taste better. I'm trying her pumpkin recipe tomorrow.

For the life of me, this is Eating-101, eat what flavors like.If you like fruity stuff, then by the fruity sugar free drink packs, like wyler, yoohoo, crystal lite. Add these to your "plain" or flavored protein drinks. Also, soy milk or any milk works well too. Throw some greek yogurt in and you have a meal. You'll have to experiment a little to get it the way you like it. It's just eating...........
Go to Unjury.com and order the unflavored protein powder mix. 20gms protein and 80 calories per scoop. I used it in homemade shakes and pretty much all my drinks and soups. Here is a long list of protein recipes that I got from this site once and have made a few of these shakes that really help. These are not my recipes - someone else put these together.
