Yay for Thursday...because that means tomorrow is F-R-I-D-A-Y!!
B: Coffee w/ 1/2 SF Swiss Miss and 2 mini moo creamers, later 1/2 Quest Crunch Bar
S: Other 1/2 of the Quest bar
L: Proti-Diet chicken noodle soup
S: Jerky
D: Proti-Diet vegetable beef soup
S: ?, maybe a hard boiled egg. Trying to cut the nighttime snacking down unless it's straight up protein. I screwed up yesterday and had like 5 tortilla chips with salsa and a couple pistachios when my boyfriend was gorging himself at midnight.
Bad girl.
Liquids: Working on it.
Vits: Will take during my hour between jobs.
Exercise: None. 14 hours of work today. Bleh.

S: V8 juice, peanut butter on whole wheat english muffin
L: salad - leftover chicken w chopped spinach, pepper, scallion, tomato, avo, snow pea, carrot & pepper jack
D: ground beef patty w cheese, tomato & onion
S: raspberries & blueberries w greek yogurt on 1/4 multigrain waffle
Water: AR
Vitamins - the usual, only 500mg Ca needed
Exercise - hour hike w pup, 1200yds in the pool + misc rehab exercises

L- Wendy's chili w/ baked Okra
S- Green Smoothie(kale, spinach, blueberry, strawberry,apple 2 cups H20, flax oil)
D- broccoli, peppers, grilled chick
got 4 of the 10 of water
30 min on the arctrainer after dinner & a ton of laundry & house work... BTW do kids ever pick up their own crap... LOL

L; 1/2 cup Turkey sausage crumbles, 2 T taco sauce, 1/2 cup 4 Cheese Mexican blend
1 ounce steamed veggie medley
D: Either tuna salad or Krakus ham and a cheese stick or two
Fluids: 7 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: 45 minutes of yard work including raking leaves
