Yay for Thursday...because that means tomorrow is F-R-I-D-A-Y!!

B: Coffee w/ 1/2 SF Swiss Miss and 2 mini moo creamers, later 1/2 Quest Crunch Bar

S: Other 1/2 of the Quest bar

L: Proti-Diet chicken noodle soup

S: Jerky

D: Proti-Diet vegetable beef soup

S: ?, maybe a hard boiled egg. Trying to cut the nighttime snacking down unless it's straight up protein. I screwed up yesterday and had like 5 tortilla chips with salsa and a couple pistachios when my boyfriend was gorging himself at midnight.
 
 Bad girl.

Liquids: Working on it.
Vits: Will take during my hour between jobs.
Exercise: None. 14 hours of work today. Bleh.

S- 1-2 oz turkey & small piece of cheese
D-Turkey meatloaf cupcake I made Sunday and froze

V-so far just my PPI and probiotic in my shake
Water-goal is 60 oz (10 in my shake)

B: Quest bar (more of a pre-breakfast)
     Strawberries, pineapple Jarlsberg cheese
S: V8 juice, peanut butter on whole wheat english muffin
L: salad - leftover chicken w chopped spinach, pepper, scallion, tomato, avo, snow pea, carrot & pepper jack
D: ground beef patty w cheese, tomato & onion
S: raspberries & blueberries w greek yogurt on 1/4 multigrain waffle

Water: AR
Vitamins - the usual, only 500mg Ca needed
Exercise - hour hike w pup, 1200yds in the pool + misc rehab exercises

1st support group/seminar - 8/03 (has it been that long?)

It feels good to be back on the boards!!! and Back on track!!!
Thank you for you absolute butt kicking honesty... You are just what the Dr. orders!!!

So here goes my menu & first day back to getting my ass in gear!

B- premiere choc shake
S- Banana
L- Wendy's chili w/ baked Okra
S- Green Smoothie(kale, spinach, blueberry, strawberry,apple 2 cups H20, flax oil)
D- broccoli, peppers, grilled chick

got 4 of the 10 of water
30 min on the arctrainer after dinner & a ton of laundry & house work... BTW do kids ever pick up their own crap... LOL
vitamins  done!

E: Ran 2 miles this morning and doing a 30 minute cross fit + a 60 minute session with my personal trainer tonight.

Beautiful sunny Thursday!  Perfect day to be out raking leaves!

B:  Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake w/1/4 cup almond mil, 3/4 cup water

L;  1/2 cup Turkey sausage crumbles, 2 T taco sauce, 1/2 cup 4 Cheese Mexican blend
      1 ounce steamed veggie medley

D:  Either tuna salad or Krakus ham and a cheese stick or two

Fluids:  7 cups so far

Vits:  half done

Exercise:  45 minutes of yard work including raking leaves
