You know i spent my entire summer in Europe and while i did not gain any weight, i can tell you my food day did not look like yours.  Quest bars in France the nerve.

You are certainly dedicated.  Kudos

More lucky than dedicated - I'm only 15 weeks out from surgery and food is still making me a bit queasy at times.  That helps keep a lid on eating.  The bread looks tempting and I've had a bite of croissant and pain chocalat, but if I'm a good boy and get 2 oz of protein in I start to feel a bit nauseated.  Quest bars and yogurt don't do that to me, so I can get a little more protein in my day.  

If i ate much else I'd be very low on protein, and then I start to feel bad.

Ms. Shell - Thanks for your response yesterday. I am glad you love your Vitamix! My Mom has one and she really likes it too! I would love one, but not sure I can get the hubs on board to spend the $ right now. I was thinking about a juicer, but not sure that will be the best long term either. I think the green smoothies are a very healthy thing to have, but I know my Magic Bullet won't chop it up enough to not have pieces in it and that would just gross me out, lol!

I figured when I lost my mind and invested in my Vitamix...I love smoothies more then juices that my vote was an AMAZING blender!!

Seeing as how my cold has turned into a massive headache, swollen throat and a cough/tight chest feeling - walking up stairs to my bed will be the most exercise I get today.

Im fully hydrated and already at 90oz of water before noon.

Allison,

Do you do greek yogurt at all?  I ask because a friend of mine swears it's a magic elixer for acid reflux.
