Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
More lucky than dedicated - I'm only 15 weeks out from surgery and food is still making me a bit queasy at times. That helps keep a lid on eating. The bread looks tempting and I've had a bite of croissant and pain chocalat, but if I'm a good boy and get 2 oz of protein in I start to feel a bit nauseated. Quest bars and yogurt don't do that to me, so I can get a little more protein in my day.
If i ate much else I'd be very low on protein, and then I start to feel bad.

S: protein shake (its sad that this might be the highlight of my day).
Seeing as how my cold has turned into a massive headache, swollen throat and a cough/tight chest feeling - walking up stairs to my bed will be the most exercise I get today.
Im fully hydrated and already at 90oz of water before noon.
