Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!

Soooo I totally CRASHED and BURNED yesterday after those pastries...but the BEAUTY of MY sleeve that after almost 5 YEARS...picking myself up is much easier.  My old crash and burns would last weeks!!  And more importantly my sleeve capacity is GREAT (for me).  

I see others of you ***** and moan and complain that you can eat alot.  Really is 1 CUP or maybe 1 1/2 CUPS alot??  In comparision to some but I like the believe that my sleeve is more NORMAL then they rest of yall.  I remember being on WW and them telling me about that deck of cards portion size of 4oz of meat and a cup of vegetables.  I REMEMBER like it was yesterday thinking OMG who can survive of THAT!!  NOW I love that I can eat 4oz of Meat and 4oz of Vegetable!!!

I say this to say put **** in PERSPECTIVE sometimes!!!  1 CUP is NOT alot of food.  It's a good amount...

B:  Protein/Green Smoothie (Almond Milk; Kale; Carrots; Fruit; Ice)
S:  Coffee
S:  String Cheese
L:  1-2 Cups of Elina's Green Chicken Soup =)
S:  Protein Shake (Roadside Lemonade; Special K Fiber)
D:  Dunno going out but it won't include alcohol or carbs!!

Water:  Goal 16+ Cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  1 mile walk (goal steps 7,500)

 Liquid diet for 7 days- feeling mighty grateful at the moment that I am used to the protein shake/liquid diet thing!

 I packed my lunch as I am stuck at school ALLLL day today it seems like.  

B: Protein Oatmeal & followed by Syntrax Cappuccino in my coffee
S1: Mexican Chix Salad & Tomato/Basil String Cheese
L: 2oz Roast Beef & SF Strawberry Jello cup
S2: Rest of the Mexican Chix Salad
D:  I have a cup of Chix soup calling my name at home later tonight.  It will be having a scoop of Chicken Protein Powder mixed in. 

Water: Goals is more than 10 cups.  3 down so far
Vitamins: done except for the calcium
Exercise: still a no go for me.  But I am going to get to bed early tonight - I WILL!!!!!

I gotta say so far, I am pretty darn proud of myself because I am PMSing hardcore today & I wanted soooo flippin bad to eat a breakfast sandwich (or 1/2 if that's all I could fit) but I decided to be a good little sleever gurl & get off my pissy high horse & make my shake .... ahhhhh, I feel better already.

It has been a hectic morning for me to say the least.  Too much anxiety... I might need to pop a pill, no lie...

BTW, have you spoken to Mary, aka Doc Hollywood???  I still haven't met that beautiful woman either, WTF????  I dont think she comes on OH very often anymore.  I was supposed to meet her months ago.  Anyhoo...

B: Click Mocha (better late than neva & oh so proud of myself for being good...)
S: none (I'm drinking my shake now & lunch is in less than 3 hours!!!)

Exercise: still trying to feel better from this icky cold I have so nothing for now...

I'm a friggin mess today. Just checked my platelet count online and it's down, AGAIN *sigh*

D: grilled beef tenderloin and roasted Brussels sprouts... looking forward to this :)

vitamins: oops! I'm about to eat lunch so I'll schedule a reminder for 3pm
