I had a MAJOR shoe malfuction, I was SO mad. From all the stress and crazy I was down almost 10 lbs and all the shoes I brought where slipping off my feet! My five inch hooker heels nearly killed me when my foot slipped up and out the back!

Ask Alison, I brought five pairs of stupidly sexy shoes and tried everything to wear them (heel guards and even tissue stuffed in the back!) they where too big, I literally wanted to cry.

Yep - I'm pretty sure housekeeping thought we were running a ******g shoe store from our room - but pooooooor Courtney - all those damn shoes let her down.

But good thing she's hot enough that she doesnt need the hooker heels to rock a runway :)

Girl... you totally rocked that runway! And I'm so glad you were right behind me in line, reminding me that we are "sexy skinny *****es," because otherwise I might have backed out too! LOL :)

You have done such an amazing job, and it's awesome that you are starting to think of yourself as a normal person... I hope I can get there someday.
