Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
Happy Tuesday from the land of ever changing weather -- froze my tuchas off yesterday, today it's sunny and warm enough to have the windows an doors open...........WEIRD!
B: Mint cookie shake made w/ 1/4 cup unsweetened almost milk and 3/4 cup water and 1/2
scoop of unflavored protein powder to boost my protein count
L: Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup -- 25% lower sodium -- yep, ate the noodles :-( They
were good!
S: Only if needed -- would be a light string cheese stick
D: My home made meatballs (2) with 1/3 cup home made marinara sauce and 1 T of
grated Parmesan cheese
Fluids: 5 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: 3 hours of cleaning vigorously -- harder than my 90 minute workouts LOL And I
want to know how two rooms that don't even get any use can get so cruddy!?!?!
Part of the joys of country-ish living I guess!
