Happy Tuesday Ms Shell! I have a serious hankering for some Popeye's now! Particularly the spicy...

preB: protein coffee
B: cabbage roll stew (this is really low cal, low carb, high protein and fills me up great, so you'll probably see me eating mostly this for a few days)
L: more stew
D: lettuce tacos
Plan for the day: 603 cals, 21 carbs, 20 fat, 81 protein. We'll see, might have another cup of the stew later... still dealing with outrageous hunger from the steroids :(

water: 10 cups so far
vitamins: on track
exercise: still none allowed

Slight hi-jack -- sorry...........

Hey Girl!  Is your stew recipe something you created?  If so, would you be willing to share -- if not the entire recipe, maybe most of the ingredients?

BTW, I'm amazed that you're still losing on a steady basis with all you've been through........and those steroids holding you back from workouts..........so happy for you that you are continuing to make good progress!

Hey Ree!
Thank you so much, you always have something nice and encouraging to say! The stew is something I created, and I'd be happy to share with you how I did it. I'll send you a PM in a minute :D

I'd like the cabbage recipe also.  Post it here as it seems very VSG friendly, always looking for new meals.

BTW i got this soluble fiber supplement that i saw recommended on Dr Oz.  I was thinking of this for you since A we all need fiber but this fiber you put in liquid. (I'd suggst Crystal lite or some form of flavored liquid) it thickens as it stands, don't wait too log to drink it.

But here's the thing after this log assed explanation, i had to stop taking it because it fills you up for several hours and since you're dealing with hunger issues i was thinking it was something that might be useful to you at this time.  I got it at vitamin shoppe and Amazon.  it's called PGX daily.  I'd take it when you feel hungry and don't want to eat.

Sorry for the typos, but this damned OH spellcheck still won't let me post.  Very frustrating.
