It's Tuesday Tuesday Tuesday...and I havent' had Popeyes in a couple weeks!!

B:  Protein/Green Smoothie (Almond Milk; Protein; Spinach; Kale; Carrots; Fruit; Flax Meal)
S:  Coffee first
S:  Lindora Chicken Soup Protein
L:  4oz Turkey Pastrami; Cabbage Salad
S:  ??
D:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh

Water:  LOVE that I'm hitting my goal 12-16 cups
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  N/A

I swear Ms. Shell.  I'm gonna meet up with you on a Tuesday just to get me some Popeye's wit cha!!!  It will have to wait since I'm sick, PMSing, & pissy at the moment.  Enjoy that yummy fried chicken goodness for me!!!

B: Mint Cookie PB2 protein shake (I brought hard boiled eggs & turkey pepperoni crisps but decided any form of liquid would be best for me right now to stay hydrated)
S: Iced Coffee (OK, I know not the best choice to stay hydrated but I wanna stay happy today too, geesh)
L: Hamburger patty (I brought this since I was too tired and run down to cook anything last night so maybe I will top it off with a 40 calorie deli cheddar slice with tomatoes)
S: Hard boiled egg, maybe??? (We'll see if I am up for it)
D: Turkey maybe?  We shall see...

Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: still need multi & B12
Exercise: Hell to the No... this mama needs to rest up!

You know what else I love Ry??  Warming up chucks of chicken to put in my cold salad.  Voila!!!  Warm romaine & it even helps melt some shredded cheese... I love me some warm lettuce so don't hate!!!

S: low fat cottage cheese mixed with strawberry jam

L: 6 deli turkey slices, 1 tomato basil string cheese

S: 1/2 english muffin topped with turkey and cheese warmed up

D: going out tonight but not sure where

exercise: none tonight, my shoes broke last night during boxing! gotta buy new ones tonight while we are out!

Hmmm this will be interesting for me since...I didnt have a chance to get any groceries or anything.

I had a english muffin/egg white sandwich for BK

Iced protein coffee for snack

Going out to lunch with my friend - probably chipotle salad

Dinner - clueless but i will have a protein shake no matter what. Hopefully I'll get a chance to make some chicken to go with it.

Running tonight if I have the energy.

Ugh. Very upset stomach right now. Hopefully I make it till the end of the day. Really hope I haven't caught a bug. That would be the second time in a month.
