8 years ago I started doing an annual calendar of my photos that I send to clients. A couple years ago we had enough interest that we opened it up to all of my employees. This year we had 150 photos submitted for the 12 spots. I barely made it in the calendar! The first year I made 25 copies and hand bound them on my own. We now print 1,500 copies commercially... It's very cool to go visit clients and see our calendars on all the cube walls.

Happy Painful Wednesday! I broke my body at the fitness center on Monday and it didn't show up until late last night :-( But it's sunny again today -- pretty :-)
B: Premier Protein Shake -- vanilla
S: Light string cheese stick
L: Home made Italian meatballs (2) w/home made spaghetti sauce (1/4 cup) and 1 T of
grated Parmesan cheese
D: Krakus ham and some Swiss cheese..........OR a repeat of lunch
S: Only if I need it -- probably some Greek yogurt w/sf pistachio pudding mix
Fluids: 4 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: some serious cleaning and a short walk -- in too much pain to do a regular workout

Little late to be posting this now, but here goes.
B: Pumpkin latte from Dunkin Donuts (I looked up the stats, was an AWFUL choice)
L: Cashew Chicken at a chinese place. Was just chicken breast, cashews, sauce and veggies. I mostly ate the chicken, skipped the rice. Overall not a bad choice for a chinese food lunch.
S: 4-6 oz. of Hazelnut iced coffee from McDonalds, beef jerky (drank/ate seperately)
D: Elina's green chicken soup
S: some sort of protein (egg or cheese or something)
Liquids: awful
Vits: finishing now
Exercise: None today. Started the day off at the dentist and spent 5 hours this afternoon getting hair extensions. LOVE them!
