Happy Wednesday Everyone! I'm a little sore today after trying yoga last night for the 1st time in many, many years...that stuff is not easy!
B - fried egg with american cheese
S - hot dog and cheese stick
L - califlower pizza slice
S - nothing planned (might have a protein hot chocolate or latte)
D - jack link's beef steak and cheese stick
S - protein shake
Water - 3 down and 9 to go
Vits - 1 calcium left
Exercise - master swim

30 minutes of yoga killed my legs more than a 9 mile run...that crap is NO JOKE.

My cold feels a tad better today so I am happy...
OK, I didn't start my day on the right track but I wanna keep it honest...
B: My own iced coffee w/SF banana chocolate syrup, unsweetened almond milk
S: pumpkin spice cookie w/frosting
(yes, I know... BAD GURL!!! Does it help that I was trying to support United Way?)
L: Side Cesear Salad
D: 1/2 Roast Beef Sandwich... yeah, I know... I suck balls!!!!
Back to low carbin' manana!!!!!
I guess I just wanted to rebel today... not braggin', just sayin'
Water: 5 cups already
Vits: Multi so far... still need Vit. D/Calcium & B12
Exercise: not today, I need to feel better. When I start working out too soon after being sick, I always relapse. :(
