How in the world do you have time to plan out your daily meals? I work fulltime and it's rough just remembering to eat anything at all...

B-32oz chocolate peanut butter with bananas/strawberries protein shake

S-haven't had one yet but about 3oz cubed swiss cheese and 2 small pepperoni sticks (Bass Pro - they rock!)

L-?

S-

D-have to bowl tonight but I might be able to fit in 3oz of fish with broccolli

S-while at bowling alley, pure protein bar (peanut butter carmel)

I try to never leave my house for work without all my meals/snacks packed and logged into MFP. That way - i dont have to think about any more beyond that.

I prepare them all on Sundays so I can just grab and go in the morning.

I do this as well but I never plan any farther than Lunch because I never know what the hubby wants for dinner as well. He eats about the same thing I do and he's lost about 45lbs since I had surgery back in Feb.

I'm going to try and work on that but right now this is about it...Thanks!

Ohhh that...well in the house of Shell who used to live in the house of Jessie (my mom) what we had for dinner was whatever the cook cooked =)

I mean I do like switching up dinner, but sometimes lately I cook a casserole or crockpot meal =)

LONG story....before my surgery I bought a mini refrigerator and stowed it under my desk.

B:  My morning is easy as I do BEST when I have a protein shake so I put all the veggies/fruits in baggies and toss in freezer and in the morning 5 minutes in my vitamix and I'm ready to walk out the door.

L/D:  Every Sunday or every other Sunday  I cook sometimes 2 dishes that are freezeable.  These are my go to lunches/dinners.  I interchange them so I don't get bored and sometimes I'll freeze something.  The buffalo chicken I cooked was last sunday and I froze it in snach size 4oz baggies.

Snacks are usually string cheese; boiled eggs; deli meat; beef jerky etc =)  or like today some damn chinese egg mcmuffin pastry =( **** FUCK FUCK

I do the same....cook on the weekends and freeze. Keep almond milk and protein powder at work. have easy snax prepackaged yogurt, beef jerky, deli meat.

It is hard for me to remember too with all the things......water, vitamins, food, exercise. I work about 50 hrs a week so at times something has to be forgotten. This week it was kids homework.....oops note from teacher helps me to help him be on task.

Anyway its alot to manage but its feeling more "normal"
