Weekly Challenge - What's your non-scale related goal?
after spending the last week with DGS x4 and DGD x1 and not being as successful as I wanted for not eating theeeeir non WLF snack foods,yesterday I ended up having them at my house all day,unexpectedly since my DSIL gmom was in the hospital with a sudden and expectedly fatal illness. She crossed over early this am,so will have said DGS&D a while tomorrow and probably some every day this week till the funeral doings for her are over.
So, my goal for this week is to do a better job not eating their ssnacks this week than I did last week. Yesterday was not perfect.but better certainly than last week/

Welcome back my friend, it's great to have you back. Nice job getting in that run in Atlanta. Don't be so hard on yourself. A run is a run no matter how long or short it is. At least you were out giving it a shot.
I don't know about that limiting coffee goal. You are much stronger than I when it comes to cutting off the coffee.
As for my goals for the next three week, it's all about relaxing. I have no classes for the next three weeks, which means NO HOMEWORK.

Well, since I just had my second surgery (girlie stuff), my goals are really simple this week.
1-Stay hydrated, shooting for 80 ounces of liquids a day (barely made 64 today, but I'm not counting I.V. fluid)
2- Rest and recuperate, right now I feel like crap.
3-Prepare for a yard sale, lots of stuff needs to go away.
4- And of course, get my protein in and even bump it up a bit to aid in my recovery.
