I think it was the walking or the long car ride home again - but my back is on fire.  I was barely moving yesterday, and forced myself to class today.  Pain isn't a big enough word to describe me right now.

My goal is to basically survive the week - and hopefully not HATE the new hairstyle/cut/color I am getting done on Saturday to finally fix this blonde highlight crap I have going on.

Oh, and I need to rehydrate my body.  Vegas threw me into a stall... ******g stalls suck - especially when you are already crabby as hell from pain.  UGH!

*HUGZ* to you my Alison - we need to meet up.  For coffee, so save a cup for that lol.
My Vegas stall was soooo worth it.  ;-)  In EVERY way .... ha!

OK... seriously now... I need a haircut soooo bad.  You all know of my jacked up haircut.  I have been wearing it naturally wavy because I cannot stand the wispy frizz I've got going on since it's gotten a little longer.  I was thinking about cutting the longer layer off.... what do you think, really?  Honestly???
I swear I have never ever hated my hair more than I do now with this gawd forsaken haircut I got over 2 months ago and it's still jacked!  WAH!

I am right there with you.  I HATE my hair, can NOT stand it.  Especially when I see that blond/white standing out in every pic.  I am going to get more layers I think.  I need some bangs that I can see out of and still hide this monster forehead I have.  I also have the little wispies growing back in all over.  It's ridonkulous!!!  I want my brunette hair back and then I'll wear a long blond wig for halloween hehe

As for the longer layer on you - Would you get it trimmed to be a little more in line with the other layers, or are you talking about just shortening the whole thing?  I am trying my sister in law's hairstylist because I haven't found one here in Cali that hasn't jacked my hair up in the 2+ years I have lived here.  I need help. lol

I want to cut maybe 1-2 inches off... just to make the bottom layer not as long so that it might look like a short bob maybe?  I dont know.  Weird because I used to like the shorter angled bob when I was chubbier but for some reason, I am afraid to cut it now... weird, huh?
Where is your sister in law located and how much does she charge?  I need a fix so bad!!!

*I want to workout every day this week. I'm coming off a pinched nerve in my shoulder that halted all workouts last week.

I have an enormous project that is due on Monday the 15th. I want to stay focused and have it ready to go by Sunday. Which means I need to lurk on this forum this week, me thinks.

I am trying to focus on getting the most out of my vacation - truly taking a break from the office, and letting others handle the day to day so I can come back fully refreshed and ready to put full effort into things.

Also focusing on making sure my spouse has a great time and we do a lot of things she enjoys since the past few months have been (of necessity) about me and surgery and recovery and diets and such.

My goal is just to get through the next week or so.
I have an appointment with the hematologst on Thursday, hopefully I'll learn more but probably not since it's kind of a "wait and see" thing right now, which of course is driving me crazy.
Umm, have I mentioned I hate steroids??
I would loove to pass my quizzes and exams coming up in the next week or so, going to use my lunch break to study for the one that's tomorrow at least.
I have not exercised in weeks and I'm feeling really guilty about it. Given, I'm not supposed to exercise until I get my platelets up, so why am I feeling so guilty? Idk.
P.S. I HATE STEROIDS!!!

I have 2 very bad knees, but there ARE exercises I can do and should be doing! So this week:

1. 3 times to the gym for knee exercies, recumbant bike, and uppper body machines
2. Figure out how to get rid of this extra 3 lbs of water weight that came on when I stopped my final bp med a week ago which was a diuretic.
