Cheers to the freakin' weekend!! :) 

B: My pretend starbucks mocha (it's coffee I made myself with protein and some other shabang I put in it) 
S: Pear slices w/ Cinnamon Laughing Cow
L: Slices of Deli Turkey, a Cheddar slice and some Mustard
S: A little more turkey and another coffee
D: I don't know. I was planning on some cajun shrimp and a cheese stick but I feel like eating something I don't have to cook myself. We shall see! 

Vites: all done
Water: Only 4 cups and it's 5 pm. I seriously have to get over this water problem! 
Exercise: I'm guessing laying on the couch and going on Facebook doesn't count as exercise... maybe I'll do some later. The night is young! \

Happy Saturday everyone!  I spend my morning get my hair done and wandering around Manhattan...I so miss living in the city!

B - 10 oz Isopure
S - Cheese Stick
L - Beef Jerky
S - Starbucks Misto
D - Hebrew National Hot Dog and Cheese Stick
S - Whole Body Green Shake

Water - 4 down and 8 to go
Vits - On Track
Exercise - Walking NYC

Love Las Vegas -- go there to play in Black Jack Tournaments!

B:  Mint cookie shake w/1/3 scoop of unflavored protein powder to boost protein count

L:  Mini-meatloaf (2.5 ounces) and 1/2 cup nuked mixed frozen veggies

D:  1/2 cup Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles, 1/4 cup 4 cheese Mexican blend, and 2 T
       taco sauce.

Fluids:  6 cups so far

Vits:  Just calcium to finish

Exercise:  20 minutes of cleaning, 30 of cooking -- lazy day!

B- 1 chopped and chewed scrambled egg

( Sipped New Whey tube fruit punch flavor mixed with water and ice all day= 42 G Prot)

L-3 oz Hummus

S- fat free cream of cicken soup ( 4oz) mixed with skim

D- 2 wedges of Laughing cow lite swiss (yum)

Water- all set
Vits- all set
Excercise- Does cleaning and fooing laundry count?
