Boy oh boy I kinda like this mobile version. Although this is the first time I have logged using my phone lol.

B: 2 eggs; Home potatoes (sauted radishes with onions and peppers OMG yum)

L: Shrimp Curry on top of zucchini "noodles"

Exercise: Something for 30 minutes

Brunch: carnitas, cojita cheese, over easy egg & chipotle salsa, yum!
Snack: my own iced coffee w/sf toasted marshmallow syrup, splash of unsweetened almond milk
Snack: pork rinds
Dinner: ??? (Wish I was having dinner in Vegas)

Water: none yet ;-(
Vits: only multi so far

Lotta good restaurants in Vegas :)  I'm partial to Mario Batalis B&B Ristorante in the Venetian... a pork chop to DIE for.

Happy weekend everyone. I'm allowed to add soft mushy foods but finding it hard to do and have protein above 70 and get in all water. So this is working for me right now. I figure I have lots of time to eat real foods again.

B:proti hot chocolate, capful of sf peppermint syrup
S: 4 oz diet cranberry juice, a few bites of shredded soft cheese
L: 6 oz milk, strawberry kiwi protein drink
S: wild berry protein drink, 1 Vienna sausage, don't judge
D: unjury chicken soup, sf jello

V: oops just remembered
E: planning a family walk
W: 16 so far

Oh the weekends. Always tough for me in the food dept.  

B: nothing (kids soccer games @ 9am and noon)

L: Stopped off at Wendy's and got some chilli, ate somewhere between a 1/4-1/2 of a small, 3 fries and 4 saltines over the course of the 2 hour drive back from the second soccer game

S: Slice of American cheese, one cheese puff (being totally honest here)

D: Chef Salad

S: Not sure. Probably a shake or bar. Something to bump up the protein some. I'm somewhere around 30 grams before this snack. 

Liquids: Drank a 16 oz. diet green tea so far.
Vits: Ha, something I did right today. DONE. Snap!
Exercise: None specifically, just dragging my three small children here, there and everywhere.
