Hey i notice that every day you have yogurt w/raspberry torani.  Me too but i add 1/2 teaspoon of Hershey's unsweetened cocoa.  If you're a chocolate freak it gives you a fix.  I've wanted to chime in for weeks, hope you don't mind  It's my favorite Torani flavor.

Definitely don't mind. Thanks for the idea! I actually like the raspberry so much I have a bottle at home and work. Sometimes I'll cut up a small fresh strawberry and mix it in, I bet that would taste really good with the chocolate!

I put fresh raspberries in mine, the syrup, cocoa powder and 1/2 pack of stevia.  My boyfriend one day to be nice when he knew I'd had a bad day made it for me and he bought sugar free cool whip and put a teaspoon on top and i felt i was having a sundae, no lie. The bomb.  I look forward to it all day.  I sometimes have it as my last meal because my dr said it aids sleep.

Am i right in assuming this is the 2ND week without Popeyes?  Also I've been reading about your dog from people who have met him last week and I'm gonna presume he is named after the original, whom I've met.  That's a story I'm gonna save until we're face to face.  "You want my arm to fall off" oh Oh yeah. i was one of those who could quote "Lady sings" word for word.
