HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 200 85 lbs lost pre-op / 135 post op

L: 2 oz of left over steak and 3 baby carrots
S: maybe a cheese stick
D: chicken is defrosting but I don't know what I'll put on it yet
S: maybe pepperoni crisps or GY w/ pistachio that I froze.
vits: just calcium
water: on track
exercise: walked (outside for a change!) 3 miles

Hello all- pre op here again. Surgery is in just about 2 weeks- pre op appointment on Tuesday! I can hardly believe it- so excited but nervous. Doing my best to eat good before, want to drop a few more lbs- hopefully I'm down a few more from the last few weeks since I've been really watching what I eat (Don't have a scale in the house)
B: 3 egg whites with 1 slice of muenster cheese, sliced tomato and a pinch of parmesan cheese
S: 3 slices of turkey bacon
L: Left over turkey keilbasa with onions and a tiny bit of cauliflower rice and a turkey broccoli stuffed sandwich thing from Aldi (maybe not the BEST choice- quite carby bleh)
S: cheese stick maybe
D: Thinking of making cauliflower crust pizza with chicken and broccoli, need to go to the market and pick up some more cauliflower if that's the case lol
Water: 5 cups so far
Exercise: Maybe a walk tonight
Vitamins: I just started taking a multi vit since surgery is right around the corner- took this morning

L: roast beef deli meat (literally had 2 bites). Idk why is it in my food plan? I'm glad it is so I don't get bored of liquids but wow it filled me up. Two bites. Done. Good timing too, just when I was starting to question if I really had restriction.
S:clear protein grape drink. Much more my style
D: blended GCS, luv the stuff. May dollop a little Greek yogurt on top tonight.

D: Surimi (fake crab made from fish) 2 oz w/dab of ****tail sauce
S: marinated artichoke/sweet peppers 1.5 oz
Water: working on it

L; Campbell's Chicken Noodle soup (ate some of the noodles), 2 Light Cheese sticks
D: Grilled Chicken Breast w/1 T Walden Farms Thick and Spicy BBQ Sauce, 2.5 oz. of steamed
bell peppers, onions, mushrooms w/ 1 T Walden Farms Sweet Onion salad dressing
Fluids: 6 cups so far
Vits: Half done
Exercise: 30 minutes cardio and 60 minutes on weight machines and free weights
