Hey twin...it has been a journey how about you? I am a stair step looser nothing for days then drop then nothing for days then drop, I removed my ticker because it was making me mad, I started at 302 today I amd 252, I would love for it to be moving faster but 50 lbs in 11 weeks is abt 4.54 average a week, we are doing this thing congrats on your loss also
