Buon Giorno!
A beautiful day early, then rain, now the sun is reappearing.......weird weather! I luv Autumn!
B: Chocolate peanut butter shake made with 1/4 cup almond milk, 3/4 cup water
L: Grilled chicken breast - 3 oz. w/1 T Walden Farm Thick and Spicy BBQ Sauce; yellow, red,
and orange bell peppers with onions and mushrooms -- steamed, no fat added and 1T
Walden Farms Sweet Onion salad dressing -- goes good with hot veggies!
D: Probably Light String Cheese Sticks and some krakus ham.........or whatever falls out of
the fridge first LOL
S: If I need it -- 1/4 cup dry roasted, lightly salted edamame
Fluids: 5 cups so far
Vita: half done
Exercise: washed windows and a few household chores.

I'm only 3 weeks out so my menu isn't probably as exciting as people who can eat "real food" LOL
B: Premiere chocolate protein shake and about 1/2 cup coffee
S: 3 tablespoons LF cottage cheese
L: got to go out to Rosa Maria's with my mom for lunch.. just had about 1/3 cup refried beans and cheese
S: SF popsicle
D: not sure yet, prob some soup and a teeny bit of cottage cheese to get more protein
S: will prob make a nectar protein shake
Liquids: have got about 40 oz in so far but will make sure I get at least 64oz before bed ;)

Exercise: 30 minutes fast pace walk on my treadmill
