It's actually pretty damn good - which is what drove me to lose weight, the positive things in my life that I want to be around and healthy enough to keep enjoying. Especially the trips to France, since I've invested a lot of the last year to learning (a little of) the language!

Im sooo glad I brought my blender with me to Atlanta.
I went to the gym this morning for a 3 mile run, and 15 minutes on the bike and some ab work. I decided to make this a healthy vacation :)
