It's actually pretty damn good - which is what drove me to lose weight, the positive things in my life that I want to be around and healthy enough to keep enjoying. Especially the trips to France, since I've invested a lot of the last year to learning (a little of) the language!

B - nothing
L - 1/2 turkey burger with cheddar
S - Cheese Stick
D - 1/2 turkey burger with cheddar
S - Mint cookie shake

Water - 12 cups
Vitamins - 1/2 done
Exercise - Squats in front of the TV while watching football (does that count?!?)

B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 turkey sausage patty

S: skim latte with sugar free hazelnut and sugar free vanilla

L: 6 slices oscar meyer turkey, 1 laughin cow cheese wedge, about 1/4 cup pineapple

S: about 1/2 cup blueberries

D: left over taco meat with some cheese and salsa

exercise: boxing

L: Chicken Fajitas w/ Bell Peppers, Onions, Cheese ( no tortillas )
S: Pistachios
D: Small Lobster Tail w/ Veggies

E: Rode bike 15 miles this morning and Gym tonight with my Personal Trainer
W: 48oz down
V: Never an issue...

My vacation plan 

B: mini lunchable (it was 120 cal of junk haha), Chike protein coffee shake

S: protein iced coffee , apple sliced

L: spicy Thai chili tuna 

S: beef jerky

D: protein oatmeal, protein shake of some kind

Im sooo glad I brought my blender with me to Atlanta. 

I went to the gym this morning for a 3 mile run, and 15 minutes on the bike and some ab work. I decided to make this a healthy vacation :)
