London Broil is just roast beef! It's tasty!!!

The Pumpkin thing is my little concoction for extra protein without making a shake because frankly, I get sick of shakes:

This is how I usually make it:
1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup of Pumpkin Puree
1 tablespoon Davinci Sugar Free Vanilla syrup (if you don't have that you might not need it or you can add stevia or splenda instead if it's not sweet enough for you without)

I just stir it all up until the protein dissolves into the yogurt. Add more pumpkin if it's not pumpkiny enough for you!  If you really want to get crazy you could do a couple squirts of the land O Lakes sugar free whipped cream!

Calories 215, Carbs 15, Fat 0, Protein 40 (obviously this varies greatly depending on what protein you use. I use bariatric fusion vanilla 138 cals 7 carbs 27 protein) The whipped cream makes it 20 extra cals and 2 grams of fat but no carbs. :)

Almond milk grew on me adn since I'm lactose intollerant and unless I want to RUN to the bathroom after I drink regular milk I stay away.  I only drink it mixed with my shake.  Good luck with it.

I'm stepping away from the Cheese Whiz today. Not good fuel for my body, even if it does fit in my plan.

B: 1/2 Quest Cravings Chocolate Crunch Bar (got them during their Facebook protein candy pre-sale, very yummy and does NOT taste at all like protein, but a little messy and too big for one sitting)

S: Other half of the Quest Crunch Bar

L: Fage Greek plain 0% with SF Raspberry Torani

S: Starbucks Skinny Iced Caramel Machiatto

D: Elina's Green Chicken soup, possibly 2 saltines

S: ?...Maybe a hard-boiled egg

Liquids: Meh...
Vitamins: Halfway, will finish when I get home.
Exercise: Probably none today, will jump back on the bandwagon if I get through the next crazily overscheduled 4 days.

I got some of those QUest Crunch bars too - they came just in time for my trip.  I kind of like them - I have to eat them very slowly but they are crunchy and full of fiber.  I'm hoping the peanut butter cups arrive at home, meeting my wife in Paris Sunday and hoping she can bring a few with her!
