Half way through the week! Yeah!

B-Coffee/coconut milk creamer/2oz teriyaki chicken
S-Unjury Chicken soup
L-Tuna "casserole" Low carb
S-4oz greek yogurt W/cheesecake mix
D-Not sure yet

Vitamins-Done
Water-still drinking
Exercise...I have slacked for a week with house guests-They are home now-No excuses.
                  I will walk/run on my treadmill or take a step class after work.

Still on massive steroids, soft foods, and exercise restriction...

B: Shake
L: Salmon Sashimi (no rice obv) with wasabi and low sodium soy sauce
D: Crock pot Chicken
S: Hopefully none, but given my hunger levels lately, likely some more chicken.

Water: 13 cups so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: not allowed

Having a gloomy, drizzly Wednesday here -- good for doing indoor chores!

B:  Premier Protein shake -- chocolate

L:  Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup -- yep, I ate some of the noodles :-(, and 2 Light String
     cheese sticks

D:  Canned Tuna w/fat free mayo and dill relish

S:  Only if I need one -- will be cheese sticks if I do

Fluids:  6 cups so far

Vits:  half done

Exercise:  20 minutes cardio, 60 minutes weight machines and free weights, 20 minutes 
                  walking

Food???!!

i got up at 4am to get ready and head to the airport for a 9 am flight. Can't believe I barely made it !

i had coffee on the way. Grabbed a coffee as I was boarding. Had a small coffee on the flight. Resisted the free cookies and pretzles but had a little 70 cal pack of peanuts. I had to resist the honey turkey/cheddar croissant sandwich. So basically - didnt eat. 

Landed in ATL at 4:30. By the time I got my rental car and headed to the hotel it was 6:00. I was too tired to go look for food, so I had some protein oatmeal and went to bed at 8pm.

I'm now awake at 3 am and hungry and thirsty and nothing in my room :((((. (Except the coffee maker but I have no desire to touch coffee after yesterday's OD)
