I'm back and will blog of about my epic WIN and epic FAIL over the last 3 days!!!  But for now only VICTORY!!

B:  Green Protein Shake (Spinach, Kale, Carrots, Protein, Flax Meal, Frozen Fruit, Ice)
S:  Coffee
L:  3-4oz Turkey Pastrami; 2-3oz Romaine Lettuce; 1oz Tomato
S:  Protein Shake (Nectar Roadside Lemonade; Special K Pink Lemonade)
D:  Shrimp Curry (4oz Shrimp; 2oz Onions; Curry Powder; Coconut Cream)
S:  N/A

Water:  Goal 16oz
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  Water Aerobics

S - String Cheese (pre-workout)
D - Mint Cookie Protein Shake (post-workout)
S - Not sure if I will have anything

Water - 3 down - 9 to go
Vits - On track
Exercise - Swimming

B: hard boiled egg with 1 turkey sausage patty

S: sugar free vanilla hazelnut latte with skim milk

L: chips and salsa with quacamole

S: blueberries and pineapple

D: taco salad (taco meat, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and lettuce)

exercise: beach volleyball tonight.. we have our championship game tonight! we are 14-1 right now!

Welcome Back Ms. Shell. Please let me know if another Starbuck's meet up will happen sometime this month in October. I've got to meet you & Billy Dee!!! Plus, I'd love to meet up with some other SoCal peeps. I need a fix but it's also got to include my Alison & Angi!!!

B: Cottage Cheese w/chipotle salsa
S: SF Banana Mocha Hot Coffee
L: Going to the "United Way" Kick-Off for some yummy goodness. Maybe a beef skewer if I want to be good!!!
S: maybe a small piece of carne asada left overs
D: Mint Cookie PB2 Protein Shake

Water: 4 cups so far
Vits: back on track after slackin' for 3 days
Exercise: 30 Day Shred (I have to get back into this workout since it's effective & helps clear my mind)

For snacks I like light oj with light string cheese
I really like chicken also in hot wing sauce bbq sauce
Subway salad with bufflo chicken is delicous.
Today not eating the best but
B. But 1/2 slice toast with 1/2 cup omelette
S. Cottage cheese and pinapple
L. More of my omleete i did not finnish
S. Protein shake premier
D.chicken breast and special k 90 bar.
