A few before and afters

Here are some before and after pictures. I am sure you can figure out which ones are before and which are after. My starting weight, five days before the surgery at start of liquid diet, was 291 right now I am at 227. I haven’t had any problems or complications at all. I eat what I want and choose and I do choose WISELY. I have never regretted my decision to go ahead with the surgery and I am so much happier these days.

I used to look at the before and after photos thinking when is it gonna be me. And here I am, lighter, happier and on an “After" photo!
