Complete week 4 of C25K.

Take too-big clothes to a consignment shop.

Drink more water!!!

get thru the week of staying at DD house which is "terrible snack food from hell" place for me.

plan is to stay on my plan and not let any of th triggers that abound derail me.

Second goal,tAke at least one 2 hour walk while I am here.

So far today have successfully stayed on plan.

Hey have a great time in ATL!!!!! 

My goals this week are to get enough sleep when I can (I'll be working the huge Terrier shows in PA this week - flying out tomorrow on the red eye).

Making good food choices on the road. Feeling stressed about that. I will have no say on where I eat, only what I put in my mouth. I'm taking protein powder and Quest Bars, but all meals will be on the road or at the shows. Plus, I'll be with some of my best Foodie friends.... Wish me strength and luck people. I've done all the planning I can, now it'll be up to me and my resolve.

My only goal this week is to get in 5 days with my personal trainer and run 3 days in the morning this week. I am also going on a hike with my kids on Saturday morning while my wife is out with her girlfriends for the day. I ran this morning and see my PT tonight so I'm off to a good start.

Heaviest Weight: 330 Goal Weight: 175 Current Weight: 150

I have one goal this week and that is to go to curves for women everyday of the week and do 30 min on the treadmill.  Today was a success.

 Getting back on track is my goal, gained 3 pounds during my 2 1/2 weeks off on Vacation. Not to happy about that but I did keep my protein levels up and water intake as well. Did well except  my portions may have been more and more frequent. Also I had a period which I did not have for over a year, some cravings with that did not help. 
So Back to square one again. lol
