Weekly Challenge - what's your goal

To get on the plane on Sunday.... and to get over this terrible head cold I got from my hubby... so that it does not derail my surgery. Coz if its cancelled AGAIN (this is my 3rd attempt!) then I am done... So my goal this week is to just keep moving forward and get on that plane on Sunday morning.
My goal this week is to not be so hard on myself and to stay off the scale all week and to not have the first response to someone inviting me for coffee to be "A small non fat latte, will screw up my day" and not go.
These last 10 lbs are kicking my ass and making me really hate this journey, so i want to stop with the 600 calories and just relax and keep my social life social, so that a glass of wine or a coffee, is fine, instead of me sitting home and being resentful. I do however want to be done with the losing phase but I'm gonna do what I'm supposed to and leave the universe to sort it all out.
I guess i could have just said relax. My goal is to relax more.

Im done "trying" to lose the last 10 lbs...I said F*** it already. Every time I try to do super low calories, I end up with a train wreck for a few days - so in the end, even if I manage 800-900 cal for a few days, that progress just gets wiped out.
I'm all about the relaxation. And go have a small non-fat latte with some friends :)

I had a great few days over the weekend but came back to some stress so I just wanna take it easy, breathe, & be better at taking my anxiety meds when I need them so I can keep my head on straight.

1) Get 200 min of cardio in per my fitness advisor.
2) Up the resistance training to 3 sessions this week.
3) Not sweat the "small stuff", i.e., it's okay to not lose anything for a day, two

My goal is to get through this #@%@!! pre-op liquid diet. I only have one week of it and I get to eat a real--tho small--meal once a day, and I'm such a whiner. Geez, this is hard. It sucks. There, I got it out. ;) And, yes, I know some people have to do weeks of this, or all liquids. I don't know how you do it.
