It's that time of the week again!!

This is vacation week for me - super excited.

My goal - not to go crazy eating (drinking is a whole other issue) and keep my protein levels high.
I also want to get some running in - I'm mostly recovered from my hip injury, so its back to training.

What's your non-scale related goal - what will YOU do?

Have a great vacation!

I'd just like to survive this week. Boss is out, so a lot of pressure.

No exercise goal. I took a hard fall on yesterday's hike, trashed my arthritic right knee and hip, did something to my left shoulder and skinned about 15% of my surface (or so it seems to me, anyway). So gonna take it easy a few days without guilt.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Hope you're ok!  Definitely take it easy and allow yourself some time to heal.

My goal this week is planning!  I am 4-weeks post-op tomorrow and over the weekend I tried to "wing it" in the eating department.  Epic FAIL!!!  This week, I am planning ahead each day using My Fitness Pal to make sure I get in all my protein, water, etc.

I am going to party in Vegas this week with my lil girl and my best friend.  That is - if I can survive the next two days.

I guess that statement doesn't show how that is a go.  I have a little trouble stressing out about my "schedule".  I usually have 95% of my life planned out - you should see my calendar.  It is color coded and I know where everyone is supposed to be and at what time.  lol.  This week it is going to be all about trying to relax and just enjoy some bonding time with my daughter and best friend - without looking at my clock on my fone every 5 minutes.  So that is my challenge.  To really let go and relax...

Have a great time at the conference, without blowing it.  Run my 5K on Sunday in under 30 minutes!

-continue with my vegetable snack focus.
-increase exercise intensity. I advanced to videos 7&8 of Body Revolution last week. It was such a shock to my system that I couldn't do extra cardio and barely could do the videos. This week I will do extra 20-30 minutes of cardio at least 3 days.
-keep calories low this week. I'm traveling next week. So I need to be more focused this week. The vegetable snacks are a big help for this.

Get my big clothes out of my house. Interestingly enough, that's my therapy goal this week, too. I've been reluctant to do so because in the past I've always needed them again in a few months. Now I'm accepting that I'm making a permanent change and getting rid of them!
