For the most part I'm getting there.

Yep. I made this one. I've pushed back at most every meal even when I had to toss my food (or more often, give it to the dog ).

Well, I've got a few days more to go in the week (thank goodness). I got in all my cardio but I'm still having trouble finding the time for resistance training. I just have to try harder.

I have been able to keep my stress levels a little lower, by choice not cir****tance.
What keeps me from meeting my goals?
Exercise ....haaate it. I can find any excuse. Having so very little time does not help. When faced with 1/2 hour of relaxing or exercising I always find myself relaxing. Although this is the de-stress part of my goal so, OK one met. And yes another no exercise validation. Sheesh.
My goals are to exercise and catch up at work (bookkeeping)....I don't know which I hate worse. So I admit I do not want to do things I hate. Juvenile but true. Maybe I should limit myself to one hated goal per week. :)

1) Do 8 pull up's which will be 1 more than last week. I will test myself tomorrow
2) Clean out the garage and setup my new tool box.
3) Clean out the rest of my old clothes and donate them.
1- Make it through the rest of the liquid only phase. It is getting really boring and I am sick of sweet stuff. Done, I made it.
2- When I can try purees later this week, be careful to not overdo it. I don't want to damage my new sleeve. This is my first day of purees, so far, so good. I tried cottage cheese, applesauce, and refried beans. Will most likely eat the same tomorrow.
3- Work on a closet purge. Most of what I had kept pre-op was too big anyway, won't be wearing those again .Made progress, I think I still have a couple of plastic tubs of winter stuff to purge, but I made a big dent.
