I was sleeved. I had a pretty rough start .After I figured out I was whey intolerant and stopped worrying about every little ache and pain, I have been doing great. So happy with my decision to have the surgery. The support of family, friends and the OH forum has been phenomenal!!! I down three pants sizes and went from a 3X to XL (some larges fit). I've lost 42 pounds from my surgery weight and 66 pounds from my highest weight. And, no more blood pressure meds!!!!

I am a little annoyed that my insurance company has NOW decided to start a pilot program for WLS...lol Oh, well... My time is now!!! Happy that Health Choice made the committment to help others...finally!!! (even if it wasn't me)

You are doing AWESOME - great job!!! Sorry that your insurance got smart so late in the game - but glad you joined the losers bench anyway!

That is so great to hear. I can not wait to say I can wear an XL top I have not been in one since I was like 15 I have been big pretty much my whole life though. Keep on rocking that sleeve hun you are doing awesome.

We're almost sleeve sisters! One day apart. You are doing great -- be proud of your accomplishments.

Congrats on tossing the BP meds..........it's one of the many upsides of our sleeves -- getting rid of meds -- less junk for our systems to process.

You look so happy and healthy! Keep up the great work...............and keep rockin' that sleeve!
