S: 1/3 Premier Protein Shake 4oz (10 grams protein)

Getting better on protein everyday...

Dinner: Slow-cooker creamy mexican chili chicken
Late Snack (if needed): spicy roasted chickpeas
Vits: All done except calcium...working on it :P
Water: In progress -- 2 bottles down, 2 to go
Exercise: Cardio -- fast walking/jogging on the treadmill and 20min on the elliptical + some weight machines in the circuit
