B: No sugar added tapioca 2oz        ( 4 grams protein)
S:  2/3Premier Protein Shake 8oz     (20 grams protein)
L: Low fat yogurt Kefir 4oz             (4 grams Protein)
S: 1/3 Premier  Protein Shake 4oz    (10 grams protein)
D:  Low fat Yogurt Peach 4oz         ( 4 grams protein)
S: Premier Protein Shake                (10 grams protein)

Getting better on protein everyday...


Liquids: 8oz Crystal Light, 8oz plain water...working on 3 more bottles today...LOL
Vitamins: Good
Exercise: 45 min walk later today

Pre-workout B1: Chocolate Mint Protein shake
Post-workout B2: one-egg scramble with light texmex cheese
Lunch: Pumpkin pie protein pudding
Afternoon snack: 5 slices cucumber + 1 laughing cow light wedge
Dinner: Slow-cooker creamy mexican chili chicken
Late Snack (if needed): spicy roasted chickpeas

Vits: All done except calcium...working on it :P 
Water: In progress -- 2 bottles down, 2 to go
Exercise: Cardio -- fast walking/jogging on the treadmill and 20min on the elliptical + some weight machines in the circuit

Feeling good today!  :)) 
             HW: 401 --- 1st Consult: 373 --- SW: 333, lost 68lbs total pre-op!!!
