Okay please tell me about this Nugo bar.  I just googled the nutritionals and there are 2 stores near my house that carry them.  I'm about to run out and get one.  Chocolate Raspberry truffle? Really?  I have to have a review of it if you please.

 I think they're really good --make sure and get the light bars or the cals are higher.  The PB is good too, but a little less protein.  Try them.......BUT don't buy too many at a time............that's a BAD idea!!!!  Let me know if you like them.  Michele

Ugh. 14 hours at work today. But then only two more days and weekend here I come! NO KIDS OR BOYFRIEND ON SATURDAY. 24 hours by myself!!!

I don't even remember the last time that happened!

B: Fage greek 0% plain with SF raspberry Torani

L: 1/2 Chicken cordon bleau (about 3 oz.) and a teaspoon of peas

S: Skinny caramel machiatto, hopefully

D: Shredded buffalo chicken

Liquids: Doing better than usual. Will finish by bedtime.
Vits: Will take between jobs.
Exercise: None today. But I was very impressed with Jazzercise class last night. Very much enjoyed.

B: Protein Shake ( Premier)  30 gr prot
Coffee
S: Crystal Light (Energy) - Peach Mango
L: PF Chang ( 1 shrimp dumpling  1/3 of chopped chicken salad) 13 gr prot
(B-day lunch)
S: the remainder of my Crystal light
D: ???maybe prot shake or left overs from PFChang???

Water: working on it
Vitamins: on track
Exercise... Need to get back on track!

(MFP -b4 dinner ) -- 405 cal / 43 gr prot...will probably do prot shake for dinner to get the prot up!
I've been sort of stalled so trying real hard to log MFP / ge****er in / prot in

I had some boar's head mequite turkey and cheese for snack. THEN checked the cals. The cheese was 110 cals a slice! Good lawd. Bad choice. lol

Doc says I can start introducing soft foods again, woot woot!
I'm still positively starving because of the steroids, so I'm trying to not feel guilty for eating toward the upper range of the 600-800 cals.
B: shake
S: Green chicken soup
L: salmon with LC wedge
S: soup again
D: shredded steamed chicken breast with LC wedge
I know that's a lot of food, if I eat it all it'll be a total of 758 cals, 21 carbs, 27 fat, and 109 protein. I'm hoping I can cut out some of the food throughout the day, but I will not beat myself up if I eat it all.

water: 13 cups so far
vitamins: on track

That seriously does not seem like a large amount of food to me.  It's all clean and healthy.  Treat your body right through this.  Relax.
