Saw my protein was WAY low then realized I didn't put my workout shake in there =)
B: Protein Shake (Protein, Almond Milk, Spinach, Kale, Fruit, Flax, Ice)

L: Lettuce Wraps (3oz Buffalo Chickent; 2-3oz RomainLettuce; 2 Tbsp Salsa)
S: Protein Shake (Roadside Lemonade; Special K Fiber Pink Lemonade; Freeze)
D: Chicken Cauliflower Casserole
S: N/A
Water: Goal 12-16 cups
Vitamins: Oh yeah
Exercise: 3-5 miles (minimum 60 min on the treadmill)
NEXT...
S: grape tomatoes, 1/2 egg white salad
L: 3oz of TJ sundried tomato chicken
S: 1/2 egg white salad, deli meat/cheese
D: maybe a date - out to eat or rotisserie chicken.

(I am over shakes for a while because I cannot seem to be finishing them lately. I think I might have had my fill for a while).

L: Chicken Fajita w/1/2 pita (Sorry, but I need to confess that. It added 17 grams of carbs to my lunch)
S: 1/2 Quest Bar Chocolate Brownie
(OK, this is the 1st time I tried this & this bar SUCKS BALLS!!! SO... I decided to warm it in the microwave per feystrom & edelu... HOLY MOLY GUACAMOLE!!!! This sh** tastes like a warm cookie now!!!)
D: Maybe an egg or two (Why the frig am I craving eggs?!?!?))
