Lunch: one Jennie-o turkey burger (no bun) with tomato, onion, hot mustard, melted shredded sharp cheddar cheese and pickles

Dinner: Sea cuisine parmesan encrusted tilapia. I f I have room, maybe a few bites of green beans.
Snack: see where I'm at with cals/carbs/protein. Can always have a peanut butter chocolate protein fudgicle to amp up my protein numbers

B: Hazelnut Iced Coffee from McDonalds (I know. I drank about 4-5 oz. of it)
L: My darling boyfriend decided to go to a Chinese buffet. I had a bite of egg foo young, 1oz. baked salmon, 2 mushrooms and 2 broccoli florets. BAM! F*** you crab rangoons! I don't need you anymore!!!!
S: 8 oz. skim milk
D: 1/2 chicken cordon bleau, tablespoon steamed peas
S: ? Will eat something before bed to up the protein a little. Maybe more milk.
Liquids: Bad.

Exercise: 30 minutes of laps in the pool this morning, 60 minute Jazzercise class this afternoon.
