11/16/12 - Got my Body by Sauceda - arms, Bl/BA, LBL, thigh lift.
HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 200 85 lbs lost pre-op / 135 post op

What - no Popeye's?
B - egg and avocado salad (was a little blah - will need to change something)
S - mint cookie protein shake
L - pork green chile
S - skinny vanilla latte
D - pumpkin cheesecake protein shake
Total Cal = 615, Carbs = 37, Protein = 86
Water - 6 down, 6 to go
Vitamins - 1/2 done
Exercise - on the disabled list due to a toe procedure

Exercise- Deep cleaning the downstairs of the house today finished the upstairs yesterday man I'm sore think I would of rather ran on the treadmill lol

D: Lemon Pepper Baked Haddock

Exercise: Going to hop on the treadmill for a half hour after lunch.
