What - no Popeye's?

B - egg and avocado salad (was a little blah - will need to change something)
S - mint cookie protein shake
L - pork green chile
S - skinny vanilla latte
D - pumpkin cheesecake protein shake

Total Cal = 615, Carbs = 37, Protein = 86

Water - 6 down, 6 to go
Vitamins - 1/2 done
Exercise - on the disabled list due to a toe procedure

B- 2oz's of cherry greek yogurt

L- 2oz's of chicken and bean chili

S- 5 slices of turkey pepperoni and a cheese stick

D- Buffalo Blue Chicken Meatballs 2oz's idk how many meatballs that will be yet one maybe 2 we'll see.

Exercise- Deep cleaning the downstairs of the house today finished the upstairs yesterday man I'm sore think I would of rather ran on the treadmill lol

B: Protein Coffee and a scrambled egg with Shredded Mozz.
S: A strawberry
L: Ground Turkey and sauce with a little shredded Mozz and Ricotta.
S: Unjury Chicken Soup
D: Lemon Pepper Baked Haddock

Water: Had 2 cups so far
Vites: Half Done
Exercise: Going to hop on the treadmill for a half hour after lunch.

Ummm I'm cheap too so Popeyes only on Tuesday (and some select neighborhoods on Thursday as well) when I can get a leg and thigh for $1.08 =)
