Yall know what I WILL be having for dinner, lol. Or not since I need to make my Chicken Cauliflower recipe AND I now want to toss in the crockpot the Buffalo Chicken lol!!!! Yup today MIGHT be a first, not sure about Popeyes...
B: Protein Shake (Protein, Almond Milk, Spinach, Kale, Fruit, Flax, Ice)
S: Green Chicken Soup
L: Lettuce Wraps (4oz Chicken Breast; 2-3oz RomainLettuce; 2 Tbsp Salsa)
S: Boiled Egg; Laughing Cow Wedge
D: Chicken Cauliflower Casserole (you read it here first NO popeyes tonight)
S: Dunno I don't scared myself
Water: Goal 12-16 cups
Vitamins: Oh yeah
Exercise: Already took my pooch on a .75 mile walk who knows

L: TJs chicken (sundried tomato) and 1/2 egg white salad
S: other 1/2 egg white salad, deli meat/cheese
D: Rotisseries chicken with some kind of sauce and some veggie.
Exercise - I'm going to do something...might try going for a short bike ride.
