You look fabulous! I have a question, I see you started out your journey at about the same weight as me and your goal is about the same as mine. I am 6 mos post op, 90lbs down and I feel great. But it seems that I have been at a standstill for the past month maybe 1lb per week. Did you have a stall around 6mos or anytime for longer than 2 weeks and if so, when did your weight loss pick back up? Did you find at a certain time that you had to go back to square one (protein shakes, maybe more gym time) to pick up the weight loss again?
