I'm in awe of those of you who can eat the spicy stuff.  I used to love spaghetti and pizza and as of 3 weeks ago after a major reflux attack, I can't eat anything zesty!  I vomit often now :-(  ANYWAY....

B - Packet of instant grits and a boiled egg (I put a lot of water in my grits for more fluid intake)
L - 1/2 Fage 2% with blueberry
S- Other 1/2 Fage 2% with blueberry
D - I don't know yet

Think of it like this.  Would you give a 2 month old baby spicy stuff??  Your stomach is a baby!!  I couldn't do spicy or acidic for awhile

(I am incredibly amazed that I have not been tempted to cheat even once since surgery-- thank God for the sleeve!)

Monday is here again. Why is it that Fri-Sun flash by in 20 minutes and Mon-Fri drag on for like two weeks? Arhg!
Way to take care of yourselves ladies and gents!! Let's all this keep this rockin'.
I myself have had a bit too much fun these past few weeks and need to evaluate.

B: Starbucks skinny caramel machiatto

L: 4 oz. shredded buffalo chicken (Great recipe! Thanks Favrow!!!) The chicken is soft enough from the crockpot that I can actually tolerate 4 oz. (including the sauce). Normally I'm around 1.5-2 oz. of chicken it's so dense. This has kind of a soupy consistency. Plugged all the ingredients I used into MFP, 4 oz. has 28 grams of protein. Woo-hoo!

D: same as lunch

S: Fage plain 0% with SF raspberry Torani

Liquids: Working on it. Nuff said.
Vitamins: Done
Exercise: Completed 30 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes of freestyle lap swimming, + strength training. That's a LOT for me. I kicked @ss today!!!

I just made the chicken yesterday and It is great!   I only ate 2oz including sauce and seemed full, but I also had a little lettuce and tomato on the side.
