L: 3 oz of sundried tomato chicken tendors from TJs
S: deli meat/cheese roll
D:....tbd but possibly a morning star burger or a protein shake - depends on my mood.
S: I'll probably eat more egg white salad

Water: at least 60 oz which is double what I have been getting in for the past week, not good

Exercise: probably just running/ walking around the house while Gabriel plays outside.
