L - crockpot venison similar to beef tips in gravy, garlic and herb lite laughing cow wedge

B:  scrambled egg whites, chicken sausage pieces, salsa, low carb tortilla

S: little grape tomatoes, egg white salad

L: 3 oz of sundried tomato chicken tendors from TJs

S: deli meat/cheese roll

D:....tbd but possibly a morning star burger or a protein shake - depends on my mood.

S: I'll probably eat more egg white salad

 Well it's Monday and since my son is not in school yet and I don't work anymore (husbands orders lol) it is just like any other day to me. I hope to actually get warm today.


B: 1/2 cup corn flakes w/ 1/4 a cup milk
L: Protein Shake
D: Spaghetti whole grain pasta and homemade sauce

Water: at least 60 oz which is double what I have been getting in for the past week, not good
Vitamins: taking my last one now
Exercise: probably just running/ walking around the house while Gabriel plays outside.

I made it - here's the recipe...I broke it into 5 servings.  Per serving it ends up being 77 cals, 3.4 carbs, 4 fat, and 7 protein.  Not the best stats, but as long as it fits into my day I like it as a dessert and the fiber in the pumpkin helps me with bathroom issues...

I also think that is a wonderful tribute Ms Shell!  I often think of my grandparents who passed 5 yrs ago when I'm exercising thinking to myself boy they would be so proud to see me doing this! :)

B- 2oz's of the amazing tuna casserole

L- Tuna casserole and some white chicken bean chili whole total of both 2oz's

S- Protein shake chocolate truffle mixed with Walden's peanut spread

D- Hmm not sure yet maybe fish and a veggie 2oz's
