It's Monday thank God especially after my "epic fail" yesterday. Lord I sounded like Alison just now, lol!!! Anyway I am ready today and have everything I need. Today in tribute to what would have been my mom's 82nd birthday. I'm going to be extra good to ME!!!

S: 1 cup Green Chicken Soup (ala Elina & WW recipes)
L: 4oz Rotissere Chicken; Lettuce; Tomato (not sure if I'm wrapping or salading)
S: Protein Shake
D: Spaghetti (made with zucchini)
S: ??
Water: Goal 16 cups
Vitamins: Oh yeah
Exercise: 4-5 miles on the Treadmill

Beautiful September day here in the Twin Cities... back from the racetrack where we had a fantastically fun weekend driving at high speed. I also jettisoned a couple pounds, so I'm now in one-der-land.

Bfast - had 1 1/2 egg whites with a brown & serve turkey sausage patty chopped in the handy chopper cooked in pan with a dash of salt and pepper.Best tasting little omelette ever! 65 cals.
Snack - 1oz of walnuts, dry roasted, salty crunchy goodness. 60 cals.
Lunch - I just enjoyed 2oz of homemade turkey chili with 1/8oz of grated cheddar cheese.
99% FF ground turkey, fresh peppers and onions and a tomato from my garden, one can of pinto beans, 3tbsp of chili powder, 2tsp each of cayenne pepper, cumin and garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Browned the turkey, stirred the rest into the meat with a cup of water and simmered it down for 90 mins.
100 cals without the cheese, about 125 with it. Makes about 36 servings, packs in a tupperware and microwaves in 40 secs to perfection. If your digestive system can handle it, a shot of tabasco is the schizzle!

I sip on propel zero, fruit 2o and water with MiO energy all day. 80 oz?

S: Amaretto Protein Cappucino (ugh - the amaretto is not a fav, just trying to suck it down now)
