It's Monday thank God especially after my "epic fail" yesterday.  Lord I sounded like Alison just now, lol!!!  Anyway I am ready today and have everything I need.  Today in tribute to what would have been my mom's 82nd birthday.  I'm going to be extra good to ME!!!

B:  Protein Shake
S:  1 cup Green Chicken Soup (ala Elina & WW recipes)
L:  4oz Rotissere Chicken; Lettuce; Tomato (not sure if I'm wrapping or salading)
S:  Protein Shake
D:  Spaghetti (made with zucchini)
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 16 cups
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  4-5 miles on the Treadmill

Beautiful September day here in the Twin Cities... back from the racetrack where we had a fantastically fun weekend driving at high speed.  I also jettisoned a couple pounds, so I'm now in one-der-land.

Exercise - got some new wheels for my bike, anxious to give them a spin this afternoon.

B: Hard Boiled Egg mashed w/laughing cow bleu cheese wedge.
S: 2 tbsn red pepper hummus w/sweet peppers
L: Miss Bobbie's Banana Mocha Ice Blended (I've been dreaming of this since I had one last Friday)
S: 1oz. roast beef, 1oz. cheddar
D: Mint Cookie PB2 protein shake

Water: 4 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 30 Day Shred (still on level 1 cuz it's kicking my a$$)

Hey gurl, I only use 1 tbsn of PB2 with my mint cookie because 2 tbsn is too overpowering. I like it just enough to cut the sweetness sometimes.  I freaking love it!

As Brobee from Yo Gabba Gabba says, ""Try it, you might like it"!!!!

Talk about a "party in your tummy"!!!!!  LOL

Bfast - had 1 1/2 egg whites with a brown & serve turkey sausage patty chopped in the handy chopper cooked in pan with a dash of salt and pepper.Best tasting little omelette ever! 65 cals.

Snack - 1oz of walnuts, dry roasted, salty crunchy goodness. 60 cals.

Lunch - I just enjoyed 2oz of homemade turkey chili with 1/8oz of grated cheddar cheese.

99% FF ground turkey, fresh peppers and onions and a tomato from my garden, one can of pinto beans, 3tbsp of chili powder, 2tsp each of cayenne pepper, cumin and garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Browned the turkey, stirred the rest into the meat with a cup of water and simmered it down for 90 mins.

100 cals without the cheese, about 125 with it. Makes about 36 servings, packs in a tupperware and microwaves in 40 secs to perfection. If your digestive system can handle it, a shot of tabasco is the schizzle!

I don't know what else I'm having today. It's an adventure.

I sip on propel zero, fruit 2o and water with MiO energy all day. 80 oz?

S: Amaretto Protein Cappucino (ugh - the amaretto is not a fav, just trying to suck it down now)
L: 2 oz egg white salad (Thanks Alison!!), Thin Krisps Parm Lemon Pepper, 6 green seedless grapes (I probably won't eat it all - so will snack later)
S: rest of lunch
D: PB2 - 1 Tbsp; Laughing Cow cheese wedge; 1/2 protein bar.

Copius amount of coffee and water alllll day!
Vitamins: need calcium later and iron mid day - otherwise all good. 
Exercise: going to walk puppies when I get home.  

Just so everyone knows: I am totally jealous of Shagdoll's lunch.  I think I will have to stop by Miss Bobbies tomorrow.  lol
