Weekly Challenge - what's your goal?
The first year after my moms death I went on a weekend cruise with friends. My mother LOVED cruises (and I hate them) and she always wanted me to go on one with her.
Since then I've taken "her" out to movies and even dinner.
Today I'm just going to focus on MY health which is in tribute to her!
1. get back into the pool this week. (I've been sick for the past week, on antibiotics and bailed out on the pool.)
2. Get as much done for my client's gardens as possible in preparation of my trip the beginning of next month. (That should burn a few calories )
3. Prepare for my trip by starting to pack foods that are good for me so I don't just reach for anything. (I already ordered more Unjury packets to carry with me.)
1- Make it through the rest of the liquid only phase. It is getting really boring and I am sick of sweet stuff.
2- When I can try purees later this week, be careful to not overdo it. I don't want to damage my new sleeve.
3- Work on a closet purge. Most of what I had kept pre-op was too big anyway, won't be wearing those again.
