I think I finally do! I still can't write that I can't wait...but I am not freaking out and actually shopping and prepositionning and planning how best to manage and succeed.

1) Drink at least 12 glasses of water a day. (I can make 8 but I need more).

2) "pay attention to my body and stop eating when I'm full - even if I have to toss the rest of my meal out." Amen. Good goal. That's really hard for me. I'll try that.

3) Get in two resistance training sessions in addition to my regular cardio.

Good luck everybody. I hope we all make them.

Yea, unfortunately my mom trained me too well to "clean my plate". I really hate to push back from the table with food on my plate. I just going to have to learn .

I am part of the CLEAN PLATE CREW myself.  Afterall there are people starving so I MUST eat all my food....smh I hate that club and am finally moving away from it!!
