Must be the fall weather I am TRYING to get to California because I am so OVER this heat lol!!!

I didn't have the list when I went shopping but gues what??  You don't really HAVE to follow any 1 persons recipe to the T because recipes are forgiving!!!

I am also going to steam my cauliflower, add chicken, cheese, onions and bake it like I did the tuna/cauliflower casserole!!

Woot woot it really really really feels good to be back in the game!!

Ms, Shell, I bet it will be awesome.  You are so right, you don't really have to follow the recipe.  The basic concept is enough, the rest can be filled by your imagination, taste preferences, and availability.  I hope you enjoy it.  I am going to go to the Farmer's Market this morning and buy some new ingredients to make another batch.

Yeah I totally did NOT have the recipe so I grabbed some boycoy (my first time EVER cooking it lol), carrots, onion, zucchini and celery.  So I was close =)

I hope my friends will enjoy it because the pot is HUGE =)

It also freezes well and can keep for up to three months.  So with the colder days coming, you might want to freeze half.

With the low calories, eat until you are comfortably full.  I eat about 1.5 cups at a time on this soup.  So what, it is all of about 90 calories per meal with about 12 grams of protein and 4-5 carbs.  Big deal.  Enjoy.

I just wrote down the recipe also. I am going to the store as soon as my baby wakes up and we'll get all the ingredients.

I haven't been on track for a very long time; it feels good to be able to have recipes like this that pack in all the good stuff like vegetables and protein. I'm so thankful for this!

It's taken me awhile to get back here, but I'm back and ready to commit.
