Whatcha eating today VSGers...Sunday!!
I'm barely alive after my walk this morning!! But I'm here!! Only did 5 miles but I did um!! I am about to make some vegetable soup and kale salad and probably my chicken/cauliflower "mac" cheese type casserole. Getting my food ready for the week. I actually filled up some baggies with spinach, kale, carrots and frozen fruit for my morning protein shake. I'm ready for the week!!

L: 1.5 cups ala Elina's Green Chicken Soup (it totally reminds me of the WW cabbage soup but with chicken. Next time I'll just eat 1 cup I'm FULL!!!

I did 0 miles. I got down two whole stairs and wanted to cry so I scratched the running idea.

Made a batch of red kidney beans yesterday and the tuna/cauliflower casserole today - so I'm ready for the week!

D: fajita chicken breast cutlet with salsa and some veggies

L: grilled NY strip, sauteed onions, 1/2 tbsp. butter
D: more buffalo chicken, 1 Laughing Cow wedge, green beans
S: 2 garlic stuffed olives, 1 oz. reduced fat cheddar, protein "pudding"
On track with vites and fluids, didn't formally exercise but went hiking with the family after church.

Happy Sunday everyone! I am so damn busy today; I have no business even posting on this thread today but I need a break!
L: Slaters 50/50.... 1/3 of their Hawaiian burger, minus bun & only a small piece of the pineapple on that... & about 5-6 small bites of their bleu cheese wedge
D: Roast beef/cheddar roll-up w/ walden farms chipotle mayo (Bleh! Will stick with mustard next time)
Water: 7 cups so far
Vits: need calcium
Exercise: walking ... Pass on 30 Day Shred... Too busy today!
