snack-1/2 pure protein shake
decaf coffee
l-1/4.c oatmeal with2 tbs each of ground flax seed, hemp hearts and chia seeds
snack-soy crisp rice crisps-5
d-seafood chowder 1/2 cup approx 2oz seafood

5 cups water
exercise- walked 20 min
