Ok seriously let's talk.  Did it NOT remind you of a tuna "noodle" casserole.  And filled with NOTHING but good for you stuff.  Glad I'm remembering that I can modify almost ANY recipe!!

Totally reminded me of tuna noodle casserole silly me I forgot the mushrooms but still I loved it, in fact my 12 yr old thought the cauliflower was chicken!  I said nothing as she cleaned her plate lol!  Good way for me to sneak those veggies in .  My husband said maybe next time I should add onion but he loved it, great new recipe for my family thanks for sharing it!

Ummm don't tell anybody but damn I didn't realize that I didn't mention onion when I posted.  I put onion is almost EVERY casserole and dish lol =)  I love onions

I'm a spur of the moment "what do I feel like eating right now" kind of person so rarely know ahead of time.

Breakfast:  1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, coffee

Lunch: 1 scrambled egg (cooked with some onion) with 1/2 oz grated sharp cheddar
            1/2 cup 0% fat Fage Greek Yogurt with Torani Coconut Syrup for dessert

Dinner: don't know yet

Snacks:  probably yogurt with torani, because I love it and need the protein

Otherwise, lots of water and iced tea!

This weekend possibly brings some chilly-ass camping for me.. thankfully I just found some fleece lined tights on sale.. if you've never tried them, OMG they are coooozy!! I shall wear them under everything from now till next Spring. I promise not to pull a Lohan and wear them as pants.

B1: protein coffee & creamer.. more coffee
B2: bran crispbread with 21g cheese, tomato
S: PB protein balls
L: 1 egg omelet with shrimp & Mexi tomato sauce 
S: 1/2 Quest bar
S: Babybel light round & tomato slice
D: shrimp & swai fillet baked in Mexi sauce, over spag squash & more veg
S: protein pumpkin mini muffins w/ protein icing

Ex: weightlifting earlier
Water & vites: yep!

 Happy Thursday Everyone!! I'm excited, the Office and Parks and Rec start tonight! Yay! 

B: Coffee
S: SF popsicle
L: Blenderized chili (still can't get over how a couple of bites makes my tummy full!)
S: Protein Pudding Pop
D: Blenderized Chicken Breast w/ Unjury chicken soup.
S: Unjury Chocolate Splender Shake (should have had it for breakfast but I had a tummy ache)

Water: Not enough.
Vites: Need a couple more at dinner.
Exercise: Going to take a walk when hubby gets home. Having some abdominal pain though the last 2 days so it will probably be a short one.

Hi all! I'm taking a page from jarabacoagirl and I'm gonna post my day even though I'm still pre op too. I read this thread every day to get ideas and I can't wait to be able to post as a post op (Surgery next month- yay!) Trying to eat as good as I can before surgery so I can shed a few more pounds!

B: Egg white omlet with spinach, a peice of deli ham and shredded mozzerella, iced coffe from DD with skim milk
S: 1/2 of protein shake- Vanilla Bean Torte. I just got my sample pack from Syantrax and I'm trying them all out- so far so good!
L Boca burger with 2 tsp of sloppy joe sauce
S 1/2 of a protein shake- Twisted Cherry with a packet of Cherry Limeaid Wylers drink mixed in. This is SO good- tastes like a drink from Sonic or something!
D Salmon and probably general tso's eggplant (egg plant cubed up and a few tsp of general tso's sauce from the jar.
S Prob FF choc pudding

Water: About 40 oz so far
Exercise: Walked for about an hour and a half around my neighborhood, up some steep hills. I worked up a sweat so yay for that!

I'm sure I'll be contributing to this thread post op. I love to cook and make healthy versions of my favorite foods :)
