I'm gonna do this even though I haven't had surgery yet.  Maybe it will help me stick to it to plan the day.  I hope I don't get in trouble for doing this preop since obviously my portions are much higher.
 
Breakfast:  Protein bar
Lunch: Salad avocaodo, romanie, tomotoe and chicken & dressing
Snack: apple and almonds
Dinner: Bistro MD diet frozen dinner (I haven't picked which on yet but they are high protein and low carb.)
Snack: hummas and whole grain crackers
or almond butter and whole grain crackers We'll see.


Ask me tomorrow if I actually did this.  LOL!

Yeah I've been on OH now about 6 months and I've been seeing the food journel post every week.  I thought I'd chime it that way it will help me stick to what I say I'm gonna eat.  :-)    My surgery is December. :-)

We do this for motivation and accountability, and it's harder before surgery than after, so heck yeah, post!

I haven't been too good cause of stress.  So I thought I would post  for accountablity like you say.
:-)  And sugar is like crack to me.    That has to change.

B- Half of an egg and some of the cheesy tuna casserole stuff that Ms Shell posted the recipe for ( omg it was yummy almost too yummy lol) whole breakfast was 2oz's

L- I'm thinking more of the tuna casserole 2oz's

S- Nectar chocolate protein shake with tablespoon of the Walden's peanut spread this stuff is yummy too when mixed in something and no cal or anything in it so can't beat that!

D- Not sure yet

Water- On track

Vits- On track

Exercise- Going right now to walk/jog for 30 on the treadmill
